This will, in turn, charge the tower - which you must do in order to proceed. When the Ropalolyst flies into the air, just hide behind the tower so the structure absorbs the attack. The boss also tends to target the party host more than other players when attacking. Using Operator invisibility (by holding “Crouch”) is the best and most reliable way to mitigate damage during this stage. The boss will also shoot several large beam attacks that can be difficult to avoid. If you fall down at any point, you will teleport to the middle platform and need to start again from there. The boss can also disable your abilities - including the Operator dash. The Ropalolyst will sometimes charge a couple of the wires with electricity, so if you take this route, beware. To do this, make your way to one of the platforms by crossing the cables or jumping across with your Operator dash power. The goal of the first phase is to bait the Ropalolyst charged attack towards one of the towers. Warframe Boss Tips – Ropalolyst Fight & Wisp Farming Finally, after a brief cutscene, the multi-phase fight will begin. Note the tower locations! They will be very important later on. The boss arena consists of a main platform and three surrounding towers with pulsing blue energy towers. There are some sections that require a bit of platforming (nothing too hard in Warframe), but the biggest obstacle is seeing through Natah’s giant face! Next, to get to the boss, you need to make your way through a bit of story that won’t make much sense (even if you are caught up on the plot).

WARFRAME OBERON SYSTEM UPDATE
I would just slowly accumulate the parts over time while I'm doing other stuff to get further into the game. The Jovian Concord update for Warframe is finally here. If I were the OP, I would not farm Oberon at all. However, this will most likely mean buying PS from another player. I still think going the route Hydroid->PS->Oberon is best. But a new-ish player looking to actively farm Oberon. For people that have played a while, I'm pretty sure yours is less of a hassle. I guess both approaches will work, though. True, but looking at the playtime of OP I find it more likely to easily find groups for Vay Hek to get Hydroid and then level that Frame and kill low-level Eximi with PS than to be able to easily reach high-level missions and then not be a heavy burden on the squad.

Any high level interception gives almost full set of oberon per 4 rounds cycle. UPD: Hydroid is not very good at farming Oberon parts as Eximus units tend to have much higher health and you won't kill them with the tentacles most of the time.Īnd there's no need too. The only downside is that I'm forced to have negative duration for Swarm to be useful for killing, which makes Tidal Surge unusable and turns Tempest Barrage to a nearly single-shot. Undertow is an incredible panic button and Pilfering Swarms clears the trash mobs for LS capsules and other loot. I use two augments with melee-rage build for solo-survivals. Can't have Hydroid have anything useful now, can we?) Maybe if I spend too many Cells I might give it a whirl. Same for Orokin Cells, Neurodes, et cetera.

Still, to get Oberon it should do the job immensly well. There are some rare mods and stances I'm missing but I'm not really after them anyway. I don't dispute its usefulness in any way, it's just that having to take Hydroid is a major turn-off for me. I seriously dislike Hydroid and there are no enemy drop that I really want badly enough to use that Frame. Only downside is the bad damage scaling on the tentacles against higher level enemies. Combine it with Mag and Greedy Pull+Nekros and you are set. You should see the amount of loot you can get out of that alone. Originally posted by what Ruben is referring to is this:
